BJ and I have been saving all the hate mail we have been getting from Kim.

I presented it to my Attorney this morning. After reviewing it, he said we have an excellent chance for a law suit on various charges of slander, distribution of hate mail over the Internet, and causing great stress to an already grieving family.

The suit will be filed on behalf of BJ and Dick Taker and my self, we have the backing of the other three kids and two others. We will be asking for monetary damages as well as a restraining order, keeping her at least 1000 yrds. from us at any time and from her contacting us by any means at any time.

Those people who received Kim's venomous spew about me and will stand by her will be summoned by the prosecution as Hostile witnesses to see if they can prove any of Kim's accusations, or are subscribing to Hearsay evidence, their character will be probed as I'm sure the defence will probe mine if I took the stand.

If I don't hear form them, I will assume they are standing with her. Let each one examine his or hers own house.

I have five Doctors, three Health Care workers, four Hospice workers, and three siblings, to submit written affidavits to the loving care that I've given Grace during the ten years of her illness.

Its time this sick pot smoking girl gets the help she needs...
